Individual Training

One-on-one in-person coaching and individualized exercise prescription based on your specific goals and needs. Individual training is ideal for learning proper technique, return-to-sport following injury, or those who need extra accountability.

Group Training

Sweating is better with friends! Enroll in one of our small group training classes and work towards your goals together!

Femmes Flex Mondays 9:30-10:15am

Strength training for women. Learn or perfect your form on traditional Olympic lifts like deadlifts, cleans, and squats while getting a full-body workout focused on building and maintaining muscle. Lift like a girl!

Mountain Strong Monday/Wednesday

6-6:45pm

Sport-specific training designed to improve performance during your favorite outdoor activities. Workouts will have seasonal variety to get you ready for mountain biking, trail running, climbing, and skiing.

$25/Person

Program Planning

Are you training for an objective and need a plan?

A 60-minute program planning session will give you a training schedule for the month to progress your training safely.

Depending on the objective and your current training status, program planning is recommended for the 3-6 months prior to your event or objective.
